At Anchor Away Vacation Rentals, we take a different approach than traditional property management companies. As your vacation host, we believe in transparency, simplicity, and keeping you in control of your rental income.

Your reservation income goes directly to you. All payments from guest reservations are deposited directly into your bank account rather than passing through our accounts. This means you maintain direct access to your rental revenue.

We get paid after your guests check out. Our commission is not collected upfront or deducted from your reservation payments. Instead, we calculate our commission after a month has been completed.  You will pay us our commision once a month. 

Monthly statements keep everything transparent. At the end of each month, we provide you with an owner statement detailing our commission owed, so you know exactly what you are paying for our hosting services.

Unlike traditional property management companies that collect reservation payments and distribute the owner's portion after a guest departs, our vacation hosting model allows you to receive your rental income directly and pay us for our services afterward.

Using our proven dynamic pricing tool, we continually adjust rates based on market conditions and booking trends to help optimize occupancy and maximize revenue. Our team coordinates timely maintenance and addresses guest concerns promptly to maintain high standards and positive reviews for your rental.  We have local handyman and companies that specialize in HVAC, Plumbing, etc. that we work with to make sure all issues are handled promptly.

We assign a dedicated cleaner to your property rather than rotating different cleaners through at every turnover. We believe having the same trusted set of eyes on your property makes a significant difference. Our cleaners become familiar with your home, allowing them to spot potential issues, notice misplaced items, and help ensure your property is consistently guest-ready.

Our cleaning team members have worked with us for an average of approximately six years, and we truly believe they are among the best on Amelia Island! Their experience, consistency, and attention to detail are reflected in the exceptional care they provide. As a result, cleaning-related issues are extremely rare, giving both our owners and guests greater peace of mind.

Our team handles day-to-day management, guest communication, and maintenance coordination, allowing you to enjoy passive income without the hassle of daily operations.  You will be given an owner's portal where you can log on at any given time to view the calendar and see all financial data.  Of course, there are some upfront tasks as the owner to help get the property listed but after the initial set up, you have very little responsibilities.
